Not a bomb podcast
Not A Bomb Podcast explores the cinematic failures of the box office as well as movies that critics, universally, didn ‘t love. Each week, Brad and Troy discuss the history of a disastrous movie release and debate whether the film deserves a second chance. From misunderstood classics like Heaven’s Gate to cheesy flicks like Samurai Cop, you’ll find a wide variety of films that get a little extra attention and a possible second chance at success.

Troy Sauer
Troy discovered his love of movies at an early age and was exposed to every possible genre as a kid. His father would take him to Disney films like the re-release of The Love Bug and quickly follow that up with a screening of Jacques Tati’s Monsieur Hulot’s Holiday. In his adolescent years, he trained feverishly to be a ninja after seeing Sho Kosugi’s Enter the Ninja but finally decided on a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Evansville after discovering he couldn’t throw a shuriken very far. Troy now lives in the Baltimore, MD area with two amazing kids and a wife who deserves sainthood for putting up with all his antics. When not podcasting, he watches Jackie Chan movies and.......well.......he watches a lot of Jackie Chan movies.

Brad anderson
Brad has had a lifelong fascination with all-things cinematic. Growing up, he frequently spent hours and hours watching whatever film was playing on HBO. Films like Stay Tuned, Wayne’s World, Maverick, and Gremlins were all in heavy rotation. Later, his life would change when he saw Reservoir Dogs for the first time. Ever since, Brad has worshipped at the feet (no pun intended) of Quentin Tarantino. Today, Brad lives outside the Louisville metro area with his amazing wife and two young kids. When not being forced to watch some obscure Hong Kong action film by Troy, Brad enjoys running, watching sports, and playing Xbox.
